| Personal Note: |
After Dr. Short completed her Family Practice Residency Program, she
worked as a Family Practice Residency Faculty Member at Hennepin County
Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here, she coordinated the
Women’s Health Care and Obstetrics curriculum and served as Assistant
Program Director of the Residency Program from 1995-1998. Dr. Short
received the Resident’s Choice Award for outstanding teaching in 1994
and 1998.
Dr. Short joined Pullman Family Medicine in October of 1998. She and her
family have enjoyed the beauty and opportunity that the Palouse and the
Northwest has to offer. Dr. Short values the importance of balance in
personal and professional life for herself and those around her. She and
her husband have a daughter in high school and a son at Whitman
College.
